Toronto Local Pickup

We do not have a brick and mortar shop or a drop-in facility, but we are happy to arrange an appointment to meet you in the M5B 0C3 area to hand you your order! We will coordinate a date and time to meet via email, once your order is ready for pick-up.

 

Canada Shipping

For domestic shipping (within Canada), packages will be shipped via Canada Post, UPS, or ChitChat which typically has a 2-10 business day shipping window, depending on destination.

 

US Shipping

For shipments to the US, packages will be shipped via Canada Post and then transferred to the local handler, which is usually USPS. Shipments to the US typically have a 10-15 business day shipping window.

 

International Shipping

For shipments to the rest of the world, packages will be shipped via Canada Post and then transferred to your country's local handler. There may be a 2-4 week shipping window, depending on your country of residence. Please note that Colours by Emma cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any customs fees, duties or taxes. Colours by Emma is not responsible for paying such fees.

Easy to Maintain

The waterproof material allows you to make a mess during play and cleaning too! Spot clean any grime and dirt with a wet towel. If the leashes and collars get really dirty, you can run them directly under the sink and use some dish soap to lift the dirt off the material. Rinse off and towel dry, and they're good as new.
