Gear you can count on. A policy to match.

30-day returns. If it's not right, return any unused, unworn item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You cover the return shipping.

Easy exchanges. Wrong size or colour? Send it back and we ship the replacement free within Canada and the US.

One-year warranty. Every CBE product is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for one year. If a clip, buckle, or stitch fails under normal use, we replace it. That's the standard we build to.

The fine print, kept short: items must be unused and unworn. Gear that's been chewed or washed can't be returned, though the warranty still covers genuine defects. Final sale and sample sale items are final. To start a return, exchange, or claim, email info@coloursbyemma.com with your order number.
