Canada Shipping

Packages will be shipped via Canada Post, or UPS which typically has a 2-10 business day shipping window, depending on the destination. We offer a flat $8.99 shipping rate, but have options for expedited shipping at an additional fee, and FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75+.

US Shipping

Packages will be shipped via Canada Post and then transferred to the local handler, which is usually USPS. Shipments to the US typically have a 10-15 business day shipping window. We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100+.

International Shipping

Packages will be shipped via Canada Post and then transferred to your country's local handler. There may be a 2-4 week shipping window, depending on your country of residence. Please note that Colours by Emma cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any customs fees, duties or taxes. Colours by Emma is not responsible for paying such fees.

Returns and Refunds

We stand behind every product we make. If something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, reach out to us at info@coloursbyemma.com within 14 days and we'll make it right.

We aren't able to accept returns for change of mind, but if there's ever an issue with your order, we're here and we'll take care of it.
