For domestic shipping within Canada, packages will be shipped via Canada Post, UPS, or ChitChat, which typically has a 2 to 10 business day shipping window, depending on destination. We offer a flat $8.99 shipping rate, with options for expedited shipping at an additional fee. FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75.
US Shipping
For shipments to the US, packages will be shipped via Canada Post and then transferred to the local handler, which is usually USPS. Shipments to the US typically have a 10 to 15 business day shipping window. FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100.
International Shipping
For shipments to the rest of the world, packages will be shipped via Canada Post and then transferred to your country's local handler. There may be a 2 to 4 week shipping window, depending on your country of residence. Please note that Colours by Emma cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any customs fees, duties or taxes. Colours by Emma is not responsible for paying such fees.
Returns and Exchanges
